FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Below is a guideline on how to prepare yourself for a fursuit quote, and what to do after you have received one!

- Should I commission a partial or a fullsuit?
This is all up to you! If you are new to the world of fursuits, then I would recommend a partial. Not only are they less expensive, but they are easier to wear for longer periods of time.
The benefits of purchasing a fullsuit all at once, however, will be that the fur will be a guaranteed match! Dye lots are subject to change, so although I do offer upgrades to returning customers, there is a chance that the furs may not be an exact match if you wait too long to order the rest of the parts.

- What do I need to do to get a quote?
Ready to submit a quote? You'll need to fill out a quote form found on the top bar of main page. Please be sure to provide a visual digital reference of your character. Written descriptions will not be accepted. Also be sure that the reference you provide shows a minimum of (2) angles of your character, and that all details are given. Please don't provide many separate pictures of your characters, or shaded reference sheets.
-I have received a quote from LLM, what do I do next?
After we have discussed a payment plan, and you have sent in the 40% down payment, I will email you a document to read over that will explain all that I will need from you for your commission. This document will include details on how to take your measurements, as well as a tutorial on how to make a duct tape dummy. For those with fursuits that will have feetpaws, a pair of NEW shoes, crocs preferred , will be required. I will not take measurements only for bodysuits, but will accept them along with your duct tape dummy to help ensure your fursuit will fit correctly!
- How long will it take to finish my fursuit?
This all depends on how quickly the fursuit is paid off, as well as how large the project is. I will buy your materials as soon as your deposit is received, and you will be placed on my public queue as soon as your suit is paid in full. Please keep in mind that this is when your wait time will begin, and not while you're making your payments. The current ETA for new commissions that have been paid off is roughly 12 months.
- I commissioned a head or partial from you, can I come back and commission a body suit?
Of course! Anyone who has commissioned me in the past is always welcome to come back and commission an upgrade! At this time, I am only taking part commissions as upgrades to current or past clients who want to upgrade their fursuits. I do not actively take small parts commissions. Please note, that as of February 26th, 2021, the way I will be handling upgrades to current commissions will be changing. If you are upgrading from what was initially a small project (fursuit head/mini partial) and are wanting to upgrade to a fullsuit, it will be treated as a new commission and those additional parts will be placed at the end of the queue. Exceptions to this rule will be if you are only wanting to add smaller parts to your order (example: adding feetpaws to your mini partial, or a pair of paws to your fursuit head commission) this can be added to your current order and will be completed alongside it!

Can I Commission a fursuit without a head?
No. A head is required for all commission types.

Do velcro eyelids come standard with my fursuit head?
Velcro eyelids do not come automatically with your fursuit head. I do, however, offer them at an additional cost to your order. You have the option of either sassy and/or mellow/sleepy eyelids. PLEASE NOTE, your fursuit head's standard expression must be either happy or neutral in order to add the velcro eyelids. This is due to vision limitations as well as over all look of your fursuit head.

Important features of LLM fursuits:

All LLM fursuit heads come lined with custom lycra fabric. All mouths are lined with a light black fabric. Feetpaws also come lined on the inside cuff. I do not line my standard handpaws, but do line my puffy paws, as well as three fingered hoof hands!
I use minky or fleece for noses, paw pads, and claws.
All eyes are hand painted and sealed with a clear coat.
Digitigrade bodysuits come standard with custom printed sewn in lycra padding complete with zippers to easily remove the stuffing.
Teeth are typically made with hand molded plastic or 3D printed teeth from DVC unless the character requires more than the standard "bottom front teeth and/or top fangs". In this case, Neoprene teeth will be sewn in. If you have a preference, please disclose this in your quote form!
If you're ordering wings, please note that small wings are sewn directly to your full fursuit and are non removable. This does not interfere with cleaning your fursuit. Larger wings will be detachable and will be made using elastic straps and an EVA foam base.
